An answer ranges from “never” to “every day”. Multiple regression analysis was carried out to determine how much each demographic variable make an impact on three burnout sub-scales; emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and  personl accomplishment. The results revealed that the three dimensions of Maslach’s Invetory, and the teacher’ biographical characteristics have a very minute relationship and do not make any significant influence in predicting burnout of teachers
